Tower Hill Atlantic and the ownership group of 1100 Wicomico are developing the Baltimore Innovation Center (BIC). The primary goal for the BIC will be to increase the success rate of early stage growth companies, of all types, and create permanent local jobs, of all wage levels. The 156,000 square feet of commercial enterprise space that covers the top three floors of 1100 Wicomico will become an ecosystem of early-stage start ups and growing businesses that innovate and collaborate through proximity, shared ideas and solutions, and access to consultants and capital.
Our space will include turn-key lab space, scalable coworking space, and private tenant space.
